Memory Makers Magazine Blog Bounce- Favorite Treat!

Welcome to the Memory Makers Magazine blog bounce!

This month I'm the first stop in the hop, so just follow the buttons at the end of each blog post. If you get lost along the way, click on the Memory Maker Magazine button, like the one you see below. You should find one on each blog post, it will take you back to the Memory Maker Magazine site for a full list of the hop participants and will help you get back on track.

Our theme for March is "Favorite Treat"! I didn't have to think long about what my favorite treat is these days. I seem to go through spells of what I am craving... and right now it's all about the Junior Mints and Vanilla Coke! I stop on my way back to work every single day and get some. Ha, one day I even thought I'd get two boxes of Junior Mints and have one for the next day... yeah, that didn't work out to well! I'm usually back in the office by about 1:45. If I still have any candy left by 2pm, it's a miracle!

I used all kinds of scrappy goodies on this layout.   It was so much fun and just fell into place!

Cardstock is SU! Crumb Cake and misted with Peach Delight Glimmer Mist
Flourish in corner is Tim Holtz Idea-ology Mini Mask
Other Cardstock is Stamping Up Peach Parfait and Early Espresso
Pattern Paper is all Jillibean Soup-Vegetable juice, orange sugar, and toasted cumin
Doilie is from the baking section and misted with Key Lime Pie Glimmer Mist
Ruffle is crepe paper, misted with Key Lime Pie, then sewn down the middle and gathered to give ruffled look
Orange Flowers are Maya Road and misted with Peach Delight. They were then topped off with Prima Flower Centers and Frosted Lace Stickles
Graph Die Cuts were made with Stampin Up Very Vanilla cardstock and a Unity Stamp. I stamped one in Peach Parfait ink from SU! The other I used a Ranger embossing ink pad, Clear Embossing powder from SU! and Tim Holtx Walnut Stain distress ink.
Chipboard letters from The Paper Studio and painted with Folkart Soft Apple.  The actually match much better than what the picture shows.
Sweet treats letters cut using my Pazzle and SU! Early Espresso card stock
Stampin Up! metal clip

This layout was really a lot of fun.  I've been thinking for some time now about doing one on my after lunch must have, and it just fit this theme perfectly! Thanks for stopping by!

Now it's time to hop over to Francine's blog!
